Clifford C. McCabe graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1974 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and from Dalhousie Law School with a Bachelor of Laws in 1977.
Cliff has been practicing law in Prince Edward Island since 1978, and during that time he has appeared before all levels of Court in Prince Edward Island, including the Prince Edward Island Supreme Court, the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal and Provincial Court. His extensive experience in the practice of law includes appearing before numerous administrative tribunals, and working with the Government as a member of the Canadian Pension Commission.
Cliff has a wide range of experience in property transactions and related matters. For over 20 years, he has concentrated on litigation matters such as Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Criminal Law, Insurance Law and Commercial and General Litigation. Cliff has served on various committees of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, and he is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association.
Outside of law, Cliff is an avid dog trainer, and he and his dogs are regular participants in dog shows and competitions across the country. Cliff is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and a long term volunteer member of the Board of Directors of Community Connections.
